Dr. Mitchell Knisbacher
Dr. Mitchell KnisbacherCEO & Founder
Mitchell Knisbacher’s experience in telecommunications includes management of all facets of the long distance business and 800 number services. He was the founder and CEO of Long Distance North, a regional reseller that operated in northern New England until its sale in 1991 to Frontier Communications (formerly Rochester Telephone Company). Dr. Knisbacher has served as a consultant to telecommunications companies in the United States and abroad, and has made numerous appearances as an expert witness in state regulatory proceedings. Prior to entering the telecommunications business in 1984, Dr. Knisbacher taught law for four years and practiced for five years with the federal government. His government service included a year in the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, and concluded with an appointment as Assistant General Counsel of the Postal Rate Commission. Dr. Knisbacher holds a law degree from Harvard and a Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
Laura Noonan
Laura NoonanChief Revenue Officer
Since 1993, Laura has been leading the Sales and Marketing, and Corporate Communications for 800response, the parent company of CallFinder. In 2011, Laura played a key role in launching CallFinder’s speech analytics solution, and continues to be an integral member of product development, and sales and marketing strategies to support the growth of the company. Laura oversees the customer care programs, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and overseeing the development of targeted marketing programs for CallFinder and 800response. Laura is a key voice in product development and user interface design to meet customer needs, along with formulating the pricing strategies for both businesses. Laura is an integral member of the executive team, leading the strategic growth of 800response and CallFinder to meet the goals of both companies. Laura holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Dan Sorrell
Dan SorrellChief Technology Officer
Daniel Sorrell serves as the Chief Technology Officer for CallFinder and 800response, and manages all aspects of product design and development as well as the company’s technical operations. Daniel has over 15 year of experience building and maintaining SaaS based solutions with a focus on data analytics. Daniel has spent the last 10+ years in a leadership role, he was the lead Architect and Director of Software Development over the Wellness solution developed by Purewellness which had over 10 million eligible users when acquired by Cerner in 2013. Daniel then went on to lead the Architecture and integration of the Wellness solution into Cerner’s Patient Portal. Prior to joining CallFinder Daniel was the VP of Engineering for a Consumer Health IT company in Boston, MA. Daniel holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Champlain College.
Linda Young
Linda YoungChief Operations Officer
Since 1989, Linda has played an integral role in overseeing operational functions at 800response, parent company to CallFinder. In her role as Chief Operations Officer for CallFinder, Linda collaborates with the Marketing and Sales, and IS teams on the strategic development of the product platform and user interface to stay ahead of call center technology trends and meet the needs of customers. Linda leads the CallFinder MyAnalyst Client Support team in day-to-day implementation and ongoing customer support projects. She collaborates with the executive team to research, develop, implement and document operational business processes driving towards the goal of efficiency, while meeting company objectives and goals. Prior to her introduction to the telecommunications field, Linda worked in Boston for a pension fund advisor investing in commercial real estate. Linda holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with honors, from the University of Vermont.
Bob Cleary
Bob ClearyVice President and Controller
Since 1995, Bob has supervised all positions that comprise an accounting department in his role as the VP and Controller of 800response, and also CallFinder, a dba 800response. He guides the financial decisions for both companies by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures across internal departments. Bob and his team are responsible for the financial statements, payroll, AR/AP, budgeting, and tax compliance in all 50 states, and manages the human resource functions. Prior to his role as VP and Controller, Bob was the accountant and financial analyst with the telecommunications company, formerly known as Long Distance North. His former experience as the accountant and auditor for the famous Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont gave him the foundation for his current role at CallFinder and 800response. Bob holds an accounting degree from Johnson State College.
Jeanne Landau
Jeanne LandauVice President of Sales & Marketing
Jeanne serves as the Director of Marketing for CallFinder, and for the company’s parent business, 800response. Since 2004, she’s overseen the strategic development and execution of marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, and customer communication programs. Jeanne leads CallFinder’s marketing team through development of programs, management of projects, and execution of tactics in support of strategies for both companies. She is responsible for reporting all program performance and revenue results to the executive management team. Prior to joining 800response and CallFinder, Jeanne worked at Edelman Public Relations and Foote, Cone & Belding in New York City. Jeanne received her B.A. in Communications from Western New England University, and has an M.A. in Global Marketing Communication & Advertising from Emerson College.
Heather Barrows
Heather BarrowsVice President of Operations
Heather joined CallFinder’s parent company, 800response, in 2000 as a member of the Customer Service Team, eventually leading that department, as well as the Technical Service department. In her current role as the VP of Operations, Heather also oversees the Billing team and works closely with related internal departments to offer support to CallFinder’s services. Heather’s comprehensive understanding of different aspects of the company serves an important role as she oversees rigorous regression testing and documentation, while achieving department goals and ensuring that each team successfully supports our customers and their success. Heather partners closely with all teams in the organization, including the VP of Sales and Marketing, and Accounting, to ensure positive customer experiences and to develop team members’ professional skills. Heather holds a B.S in Communications from Lyndon State College.
Dana Adams
Dana AdamsSoftware Architect / Senior Software Engineer
Dana joined CallFinder’s parent company, 800response, in 2005 as a web application developer, designing the customer-facing interface and real-time call tracking analytics platform. In 2011, he led a team of developers to create the first iteration of CallFinder, a speech analytics and call scoring solution, now a dba of 800response. He has over 30 years of experience as a web developer and software engineer. Dana works with a team of IS professionals to address customer needs and continues to evolve 800response and CallFinder as innovative solutions in the industry. Because of his design enhancements to both solutions, Dana has been awarded a patent on technology employed by CallFinder. Prior to joining 800response and CallFinder, Dana was the Technical Director at Bluehouse, a Vermont-based web consulting agency, and the Creative Director at CKInteractive, a web development and marketing arm of Cramer Krasselt Advertising out of Chicago.
Matt Racine
Matt RacineSoftware Architect
Matt Racine joined CallFinder’s parent company, 800response in 2000 as a Software Architect to develop the telephony platform that client call traffic transits today. In 2011, CallFinder launched as a subsidiary of 800response, with Matt as the chief architect of the indexing and search processing platform for CallFinder’s speech analytics and call scorecard solution. Matt works with CallFinder’s software development team to build new CallFinder features driven by the product roadmap. His key responsibilities include solving technical problems, collaborating with development and management teams, selecting the right development environment, and making sure projects are completed on time.
